Today I am sharing an interesting article I found with you! The topic is "Supplemental Pulsing". It is always important to take supplements to avoid deficiencies and help you to feel better when you are coming down with something but how do you know when you do not need to be taking your supplements?
Supplemental Pulsing
Supplemental Pulsing is when you stop or start taking your supplements depending on how you feel. When you feel really good and sufficient in all nutrients you would stop (pulse) taking your supplements. When you start to feel deficient or not as well you begin to take your supplements again. This helps to avoid over supplementation.
