Have you ever heard of Evil Bone Water? Yes, it’s a real thing and I promise there is nothing evil about it!

Odds are you haven’t heard of Evil Bone Water before. Even if you have heard of it, you probably have no idea about the phenomenal health benefits of this 500-year-old Chinese Medicine formula. It’s pretty amazing!

Evil Bone Water or Zheng Xie Gu Shui, is a strong topical Chinese herbal remedy that can ease pain, inflammation, sports injuries, broken bones and more. It’s extremely fast acting and can have positive health benefits on a number of chronic and acute health issues.

Evil Bone Water promotes good circulation, decreases pain and inflammation, and strengthens connective tissues. It can help heal broken or fractured bones and can even shorten the traditional recovery time for a bone break.

It’s used a lot in sports medicine and martial arts for bruises, sprains or fractures. If you have Evil Bone Water on hand when a bone breaks, you can apply it to unbroken skin near the break and it will help relieve the pain almost immediately, or until you make it to the hospital for additional care.

It has rapid, deep penetrating effects so it’s great for chronic muscle pain or bone issues like carpal tunnel or even arthritis. While I use Evil Bone Water at my practice for numerous different treatments, one of the most common ways I use it, is for bug bites!

Evil Bone Water works great as a repellant and bug bite treatment. It is a life saver for my family, especially during the summer months when we are frequently outside with mosquitos and other friendly insects. You can spray it directly on your legs to avoid bug bites. It’s a bit tingly but very effective. (I would recommend doing this if you are hiking or spending time in the woods where there is a high population or mosquitos or ticks.) I personally keep it in our first aid kit at home. If you have a bug bit, simply apply a little bit of Evil Bone Water on a cotton ball and swipe it on the bite up to two times a day. You will be shocked by how quickly the pain, irritation, and redness will disappear.  Just make sure you don’t use it on an open wound.

One of the reasons Evil Bone Water is so effective is because it’s a blend of 10 powerful Chinese medicinal herbs. A few of those include Zhang Nao (Camphor), Bo He Nao (Menthol), Tien Qi (Pseudoginseng), Ji Gu Xiang (Japanese Knot Weed), and Gui Pi (Cinnamon Bark).

Saint Apothecary is my trusted go-to brand. You can purchase Evil Bone Water from them here.  I hope this helps you and your family, just as it has helped mine. Now you can enjoy these summer months without worrying about that little bug in your ear!
