As we approach winter it is important to be sure we are staying hydrated just as we make sure to do in the summer. It is easy to dehydrate without realizing it during winter since you do not sweat or get as hot as you do during summer. Sole Water is your answer to staying hydrated and comes loaded with many other potential health benefits. I am sharing with you a recipe for Sole Water that you could incorporate into your every morning routine.

How to Use it:
Make the mixture as above and store at room temp. It will last indefinitely as salt is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. More water and salt can be added as needed to keep up the amount in the jar.
To Drink, add 1 tsp to a glass of water each morning before eating or drinking anything else. Do not add more at first.
